'The Cork 32 County Sovereignty Movement would like to strongly condemn the disgusting knife attack which occurred last night in the Carrigaline area. Like manywe have seen the footage of a young teenager being brutality stabbed as he lay defenceless on the floor by youths who came into the area. There are also rumours that these individuals, who have been recorded in recent weeks attacking other people, are trying to create a gang. Let it be clear to young people everywhere, such behaviour will not be tolerated by the people of Cork. While the popularised image of gangs is evident in the media and may seem glamourous and empowering, such behaviour has real world consequences. Beir Bua!'
